Mon – Enchiladas

Tues – Adobo & Rice

Weds – Hamburger Helper

Thurs – Pasta

Fri – Baked Tilapia

Sat – Grill (roasted corn)

Sun – Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Note:  I know parts of our plan are pretty vague right now. We’ve had some issues w/ menu planning lately, getting back on track (last two or three weeks have gone pretty well) but we just did a basic plan last night and figured I’ll figure out specifics over the next day or two.  I’ll try and come back and link if/when I can.
